The Information Technology Services (ITS) Department provides the technology infrastructure that DWA Healthcare Communications Group relies on to conduct its daily business. The department is responsible for:
- Desktop and network support
- Help desk support
- Network/system administration support
Examples of the team’s expertise includes:
Hardware
- Computers, including desktops, laptops, and servers
- Xerox and other print machines
- Communications systems, including voicemail, phone cabinet, cabling, fax machines, server room infrastructure
Software
- Desktop operating systems
- Microsoft suite of products
- Adobe suite of products
- Citrix server
Maintenance
- Maintain security on network and the local users’ level, including firewall, gateways, Internet/e-mail filtering, and more
- Maintain licensing for all of software and hardware
- Maintain Exchange server
- Maintain Citrix
