- Promotional metrics for tracking healthcare professionals to measure effectiveness of interventions; advanced analysis through customer relationship management application regarding brand-specific components such as target specialty/specialties and segment(s); experience with metrics for drugs in all phases of the product life cycles in various therapeutic areas; tracking of interventions such as direct mail, live programs, audioconferences, Web conferences, and sales representative detail frequency
- KOL Profiler, which is a method of identifying national, emerging, and local/regional thought leaders for purposes of relationship building, speakers’ bureaus, advisory boards, expert panels, etc; comprehensive profiles, depth, and breadth of research, including full activity citations and online user interface; conducted research on over 17,000 healthcare professionals, followed by detailed research on smaller target groups; profiled healthcare professional industry activity, including speaking engagements, publications, and clinical trials over the past five years
