The Project Support Services (PSS) Department is the “heart” of ServicePoint Solutions. PSS is comprised of a team of professionals who are committed to the seamless execution of all our projects. Our expert project managers work to ensure flawless, hassle-free deliverables – from planning through implementation across multiple platforms including live, audio, and print- and Web-based programs.
Our clients have come to expect the exceptional level of professionalism we offer, which includes an experienced single point of contact for ease and consistency. This concierge approach to service applies to all we offer, including:

PSS is supported by two internal teams: Account Services and Meeting Services.
Account Services
Account Services consists of expert project managers and recruitment specialists. Their primary focus is on participant management and faculty recruitment, and they provide the following services:
- Project and timeline development and management
- Registration and recruitment expertise for faculty and participants
- Database management, including proprietary database platforms
- Communication creation and management, including customized invitations, confirmations, telemarketing campaigns, and more
- Online registration support
- Budgetary oversight for expenses and honoraria
Meeting Services
The Meeting Services team, with more than 50 years of cumulative experience, consists of expert meeting planners, dedicated vendor management, and a full-time faculty recruitment coordinator. Their primary focus is managing all logistical aspects of both certified and noncertified activities, including:
- Contract negotiations
- Budget negotiation and reconciliation
- National and international site selection
- Logistical project management and on-site staff management
- Travel management and budgetary oversight
- Audiovisual negotiations and contracting
- Vendor supervision
